Unlike Attends, the core absorbent material of the Molicare Lite doesn't start to separate and clump after extended wearing. These are quite comfortable. The only improvement I could suggest is to improve the containing features of the inner flexible leg gathers. But I'm glad they have them--I find that feature a must-have.
