    Promogran Prizma Matrix

    Promogran Prizma Matrix is a sterile freeze-dried wound dressing matrix comprised of 55% Collagen and 44% Oxidized Regenerated In the presence of exudate, the Promogran Prizma Matrix transforms into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel, and thus allows contact with all areas of the wound. When covered with a semi-occlusive dressing, Promogran Prizma Matrix maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface. This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelialization and optimal wound healing. Progran Prizma Matrix provides an effective antibacterial barrier as demonstrated by the in-vitro reduction of bacterial growth with common wound pathogens such as, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Eschericia coli and Streptococcus pyogenes.


    Promogran Prizma Matrix Indications



    Promogran Prizma Matrix is indicated for the management of all wounds healing by secondary intent which are clear of necrotic tissue including:
    • Diabetic ulcers 
    • Venous ulcers 
    • Pressure ulcers 
    • Ulcers caused by mixed vascular aetiologies 
    • Traumatic and surgical wounds 
    • Donor sites
