Each Smarty Pants Cloth Diaper comes with a bamboo/cotton insert. Our organic bamboo liner and inner surface helps prevent diaper rash. Smarty Pants Cloth Diapers are a one size construction to fit children from 8 to 34 lbs.

    We absolutely LOVE our Smarty Pants. We bought a couple dozen for our twin boys and couldn't be more impressed. The fact that the inserts are organic are a huge deal to us. The snaps make them very easy to size, our twins are 6 months old now and there will be enough room for them to comfortably wear them as toddlers. We've heard from our friends that the velcro on other diapers can ruin clothes in the dryer so we decided to try the snaps. Glad we did, they're great.
